Privacy Policy
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect on the filootech.com.br website, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. Data processed on the Filóo Platform and on filoo.com.br is governed by the Filóo Privacy Policy.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form
- Full name, organization, job title, phone/WhatsApp, email and main interest;
- Your consent choices (sales contact and, if you tick it, marketing communications), with date, time and the version of this policy;
- Where your visit came from, when available: campaign parameters (UTM) and the referring website.
Automatically, on every visit
- Access logs: IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser. They are required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014, art. 15) and used to keep the website secure.
Only if you accept analytics cookies
- Browsing data collected by Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate city). See the Cookies section.
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health data) on this website. Please do not include it in the form.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share it with
- Filóo's sales team, which receives your contact by email in order to get back to you.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): website hosting and delivery of the form emails, as a processor.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics): only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Public authorities, when required by law or court order.
International transfer: AWS and Google may store data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. These transfers follow art. 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt contractual safeguards and security measures compatible with the law.
5. How long we keep it
- Form data: while the negotiation lasts and for up to 2 years after the last contact. If you become a customer, it is then governed by the contract. You may request deletion earlier.
- Marketing communications: until you unsubscribe (link in the emails, a reply on WhatsApp or a request to the DPO).
- Access logs: 6 months, as required by the Internet Civil Framework.
- Consent records: for as long as needed to prove that consent was given, within the legal time limits.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may, at any time and free of charge:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
- request data portability;
- request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- know who we share your data with;
- know that you may refuse consent and what the consequences are;
- withdraw the consent you have given;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any right, write to dpo@filoo.com.br. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before responding. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We only use the ones listed below. Analytics cookies are only activated after you click Accept in the cookie notice. Before that, Google receives none of your data, not even your IP address. Declining does not change how the website works.

You can change your choice at any time in “Cookie preferences”, in the website footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings. When you decline, we delete any analytics cookies already stored.
8. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), a firewalled server with restricted access, automatic security updates, abuse protection on the form and data access only by authorized people. No system is 100% immune; if a security incident poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by law.
9. Children and adolescents
This website is aimed at organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version and date are shown at the top of the page. When there is a relevant change, the cookie notice will appear again so you can confirm your choice.
